At this point, pigs have nothing to do with the pandemic. It really is the Mexican flu, rather than Swine flu. The pigs are victims of the flu as well. No one can get the flu from eating pork and only farmers come in contact with live pigs.

Not quite, but can cause a problem with pork products we eat. We have to take extra precautions when it comes to a problem with the disease.
