So this is a Website I guess for the new 2012 movie...The question is, is the IHC (Institute for Human Continuity) real?

I was kind of hoping for a Large Hadron Collider question. I love the hysterics some people go into at the very thought of that thing powering up again in November. (permanently this time, I think)

Oh, if the IHC or something similar *is* for real, my slight nihilistic streak says I should immediately burn their headquarters to the ground. Sometimes I think the world would be better off without us human types mucking things up and generally making a mess in other species' back yards (or living rooms, as the case may be).

It's just Sony's promotion for their upcoming movie 2012. Just click their privacy policy, it takes you to Sony's info.and says that the site is run by them.

Also, in case you're referring to the TV commercial, at the end it reads "not yet rated," so it's obviously just a trailer.

Oh My Me NO ... I joined it and it sucks ... riddled with errors and the movie concept is stupid anyway. They are promoting the END of the Earth when we ALL know it is the beginning of the New World ... the Age of Aquarius.

I'm working for a company that is producing the Positive Aspects of the New World ... the New Age ... and it will be an AWESOME movie ... The Sony one should be spectacular for the FX but ours will be even better and ours will be all about Indigo and Crystal people and the New Age and the New inventions of the 2000's, 3000's and beyond. Way cool.

IHC sucks though ... but check it if you want ... but it might frustrate you unless they got the bugs worked out after I beeched at them about it.
